What do you do at DreamHost?
I do a lot of the backend code for different areas of our system. Mainly producing a lot of new features every month for Josh's whacky newsletter. Also I monitor Josh's crazy ideas and break things here and there to drive Dallas crazy. In my free time I boss around our interns and sleep on a comfy couch in the office. In a nutshell, I wrote code so you don't have to 24/7.
What's your favorite part about working here?
The fact that I can show up in my pajamas, kick back in a chair and play some occasional Mario Kart 64 on the big projector screen or Super Smash Bros. 2! The kitchen being stocked with soda is awesome too for those late programming nights.
What's the craziest thing you've ever seen while working at DreamHost?
My boss Ralph coming out of his office pissed off about something, ripping a phonebook in half and bending a metal chair right before my eyes...this was only my first month of employment...
