DreamHost Technical Support Team Wins Gold and Bronze Awards in 2024 Globee® Awards for Customer Excellence

For the second time in 2024, our Technical Support department has won two industry awards recognizing its dedication to top-tier customer service.

When the 2024 Globee Awards® for Customer Excellence were announced on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, our Technical Support team was named the Gold award winner in “Achievement in Team Continuous Improvement” for its commitment to continuous improvement and process and knowledge enhancement driving higher levels of customer satisfaction. It was also named the Bronze award winner in “Achievement in Team Collaboration” for its successful project coordination and team performance improvement.

Both of the team’s nominations were recognized as winners in a highly competitive selection process, standing out among a multitude of entries evaluated by a diverse panel of Globee Awards judges.
